The Work You'll Do
We are seeking an experienced event manager to oversee and execute our in-person event strategy, driving pipeline growth for regional Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs). The ideal candidate is proactive, creative, and strategic, with a passion for designing cohesive event experiences that align with our brand and business objectives.
The event manager role is a blend of project management, marketing, and promotional expertise. We are looking for enthusiastic professionals who are ready to apply their skills to create and flawlessly implement programmatic experiences that deliver measurable results.
This role is part of the Go-to-Market Team and reports to the Senior Manager, Global Growth Marketing.

More Specifically, You Will
- Coordinate and oversee all event operations and promotional activities for sponsored industry events, collaborating with internal partners to define and achieve realistic KPIs for each event.
- Design and implement end-to-end event strategies, ensuring a seamless experience across pre-event, at-event, and post-event phases to drive engagement and improve response rates.
- Collaborate with Customer, Field, and Partner Marketing teams to maximize the impact and value of events across business segments.
- Partner with direct and indirect sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and optimize event outcomes.
- Analyze historical event data to identify and implement opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to global event execution by sharing and applying best practices.
- Evaluate and recommend new industry events to drive pipeline growth in target segments.
- Manage up to 20 events per year.
- 3+ years of experience designing and executing scalable event operations for B2B audiences, with event sizes ranging from approximately 50 to 20,000 attendees.
- Skilled in developing and presenting event strategy briefs to leadership and internal stakeholders.
- Experience creating and using CRM reports to track results (Salesforce experience preferred).
- Highly motivated and thrives in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing market and organizational needs.
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with establishing KPIs and utilizing marketing strategies for event management.
- Requires minimal travel (less than 25%), including domestic and international travel to Sovos locations and events
- Due to client contractual obligations, the successful candidate will be asked to clear a background check and drug test upon hire
