Position Overview: We are seeking a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to join our team. This role will focus on maintaining and enhancing Egg Donor & Surrogate Solutions’ brand presence online through strategic content creation, assistance in social media, podcasts, and blog posting, as well as connecting with other industry professionals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, a knack for implementing an overall vision into daily communications, and a deep understanding of marketing strategies that support our mission. This person is willing to research and stay current on the digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Graphic Creation and Podcast Promotion: Design and create compelling social media graphics to promote new podcasts and blog posts. Develop teaser content to drive engagement and interest. Partner with social team on strategy and calendar organization.
• Content Management: Upload new blog content to the website, create corresponding social media graphics, and manage social media posts for all new blogs.
• Marketing and Content Integration: Understand and analyze where each marketing and recruiting effort overlaps and develop and execute strategies to increase the utilization of all available resources. Manage podcast and blog posting and their implementation into broader company marketing funnels.
• Communication Platform Management, Editing and Organizing: Oversee and implement company-wide changes to Active Campaign, Website, Company documents and other communication platforms to optimize internal and external communications.
• Industry Professional Outreach: Research and identify opportunities to position Katy, Owner & Executive Director, as an “Industry Professional” on at least six podcasts for 2025. Handle outreach, booking, and coordination.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Flexible, remote working arrangement with periodic travel to meet other remote team members. Minimum one day a week in the office, in McKinney, TX. Occasionally more to connect with team members.
• Experience in social media marketing and/or communications.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, social media sites, and Canva (or like program).
• High degree of professionalism always required.

• Outstanding organizational/time management skills, diligent in the details, and self-motivated.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Desire to grow in proficiency of one’s role, the industry, and as a leader.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or similar administrative support functions.

• We are a hybrid opportunity with travel requirements 3-4 times a year for 1-3 days and a yearly company retreat for 4 days.
