We are currently hiring a Sourcer/Recruitment Trainee to assist with the high volume of growth at MedPro Disposal.

What You Will Do:

• Source and begin the screening process for the recruitment team.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify sourcing strategies and provide feedback on the findings.
• Find and engage qualified candidates.
• Identify talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs and maintain candidate database.
• Perform administrative and office support functions such as composing and preparing confidential correspondence.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
  
  
  

What You Need:

• A keen eye for detail
• Critical thinking skills
• Experience sourcing using LinkedIn and Indeed preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of Windows and the Microsoft Office suite of products
• Ability to learn new software programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• A positive attitude even in intense situations with tight deadlines
• Exceptional organizational skills, thinking ahead on tasks to anticipate future needs and/or potential challenges that may arise.
