As the Director, Client Solutions, based in Detroit, MI (Dearborn Office), you will play a key role in establishing new connections and proposing innovative solutions to drive business growth within the Dealer Enablement sector.

The Role:
As the Director, Client Solutions, based in Detroit, MI (Dearborn Office), you will play a key role in establishing new connections and proposing innovative solutions to drive business growth within the Dealer Enablement sector.

A Day in the Life:
- Partner with internal stakeholders to identify client business objectives and manage the development and execution of client solutions.
- Remain immersed in the client organization and automotive world at a global level, drawing insights and trends and incorporating them as appropriate.
- Lead a team of matrix and direct reports, providing direction, coaching, and guidance to achieve business objectives.
- Operating in the white space, applying thought leadership and strategic thinking to client needs.
- Develop, cultivate, and expand client relationships, including with executives, by providing strategic insights and challenging the status quo when necessary.
- Provide leadership and direction to colleagues working on the delivery of a client project, ensuring the client remains at the center of all that we do.
- Work with Research and Analytics teams to develop KPI’s, measurement baselines and qualitative and quantitative measurement strategies.
- Support with resource allocation and delegation and work collaboratively with cross functional teams and remain accountable for program budgets and profitability.
- Keep up to date on trends, new technology, clients’ businesses, and finding new ways to innovate and lead.
- 7+ years of experience in a project-based, client-centric, agency environment; ideally in increasingly senior roles within the automotive industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Extensive understanding of the dealer enablement technology tools to drive strategic discussions and increase audience engagement.
- Proven leadership experience inspiring, mentoring and motivating team members to drive exceptional performance, but also not afraid to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.
- Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently, autonomously, and collaboratively, while effectively multitasking and managing fluctuating deadlines.
- Experience collaborating across disciplines such as learning and development, customer and employee experience, on-site learning activations, to develop client-centric solutions.
- Proven ability to engage diverse audiences, including dealer principals, frontline dealership personnel, and other external stakeholders.
- Outstanding communication skills, including strong organizational capabilities, and adept interpersonal aptitude.
- Demonstrated proficiency in cultivating strong relationships and fostering collaboration within internal cross-functional teams and external stakeholders alike.
- Skilled in strategic planning to drive organic growth and expand into new business lines.
