Supervises the operations of two (2) to eight (8) table games on an assigned shift, placing special emphasis on guest service, security of Binions assets, and positive employee motivation and coaching. Responsible for settling disputes that arise from guests in the Table Games area, referring those that are very difficult to the Casino Manager Table Games or Director of Table Games.

Ability to meet the company's production and quality standards.

Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team. Must present a well-groomed appearance. Must be able to work inside and continuously maneuver in and around assigned tables in the Pit department during entire shifts. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds. Must be able to bend, reach, kneel, twist, and grip items. Must be able to walk and be on feet for long periods of time. Must be able to respond calmly to many customer demands in a fast pace environment. Must be able to memorize game rules and procedures.

Physical Requirements

Specialized Work Experience

Three (3) years table games experience preferably in pit operation. Two (2) years in a supervisory or dual-rated capacity. Thorough knowledge of Title 31 and internal controls. Knowledge of casino rules, regulations and procedures pertinent to Pit operations is preferred. Must possess excellent customer relations, leadership, and communication skills. Observes problems or differences between Table Games employees and gaming guests and provides assistance if necessary. Recommends changes in the department including hiring, promotion, demotion, and termination.
