A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MARKET DIRECTOR
As a remote Market Director, you embrace a dynamic role that fuels your ambition to lead and inspire. You drive year-over-year growth in service and product sales, managing operations for approximately 30 salon locations with a focus on staffing, scheduling, and compliance. Regular one-on-one meetings with salon leaders allow you to coach and recognize top performers, ensuring engagement and retention. You optimize guest experiences, address concerns promptly, and implement effective merchandising and marketing strategies. All the while, you oversee P&L, labor budgets, and inventory controls, cultivating the leadership skills necessary to elevate your career and the success of the salons you lead.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of management experience
- Remote management experience with 10+ direct reports
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- Live in EST/CST time zones
- Access to a quiet work environment with a reliable computer, internet, and phone
- Proficient in managing P&L, labor budgets, and inventory controls
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel 25% of the time
- Ability to meet or exceed KPIs and Salon Tier goals
- Ability to maintain consistent salon profitability and operational excellence
