Job Summary:
The Enrollment Processor is responsible for maintaining inquiry and high school database for the Admissions department. The role involves ensuring quality services, employee development, and maintaining an innovative environment.
Key Job Elements:
- Create and maintain academic and financial aid folders and records in the computer system.
- Ensure proper maintenance of academic records, adhering to regulations.
- Process and submit high school and college transcripts.
- Track academic placement testing and prepare paperwork for Admissions Committee.
- Generate and mail letters to incoming students and maintain copies in permanent files.
- Assist Admissions in preparing for class starts by managing academic files.
- Prepare and distribute reports regarding future class start information.
- Provide switchboard relief as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Two to three years of experience in a data entry or administrative role.
- Sincere interest in helping others achieve life goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with faculty and students.
- Superior organizational and problem resolution skills.
- Strong expertise with MS Office and related systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively and respond to customer requests positively.
- Ability to manage multiple project timelines and work independently.
Environment:
