Class A Reefer Driver

Class A drivers run reefer freight from several spots in Missouri to WI, IL, IA and OH on back-and-forth lanes. This is all no touch freight and there is a $2K sign on bonus. Drivers get home on weekends, returning with freight.

Drivers will run back and forth between MO and WI, IL, IA and OH on no touch reefer (and occasionally some dry van freight) with starting pay of .54CPM or .59CPM (if opting out of company paid insurance). This rate covers the first 2000 miles. For miles over 2000, drivers earn $1.00 per mile. A driver running 2500 miles weekly can earn roughly $1600/WK. Benefits start after 90 days and include medical, PTO, and 401K.

Sign on bonus of $2000 is paid at $750 Week 1, $750 Week 2, and $500 at 6 months.

All trucks are either Anthems or Mack Pinnacles without cameras, predominantly 12 speed automatics. Trucks can be taken home but not parked at truck stops, and the tractor and trailer must stay together.

Freight is no touch with 65% being drop and hook, running for several dedicated accounts.

May have a rider after 90 days of employment, immediate family member aged 10 or older.

Requirements

• Must be 23 with at least 6 months of verifiable Class A OTR or Regional Dry Van or Reefer experience in the last year.
• Hiring in MO, IL, IA, and OH only, north of I-70.
• No more than 2 moving violations (none major) in the last three years.
• No more than 2 DOT Recordable Preventable accidents in the last three years, with conditions.
• If speeding over 20 mph in the last three years, no other moving violations during that time.
• No more than 3 jobs in the last year and no more than 6 in the last three years.
• No felonies in the last seven years and no misdemeanors in the last three years; must be off probation or parole for specified time periods.
