Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules including appointments and meetings.
- Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the executives, including emails and phone calls.
- Organize and maintain files, documents, and records for easy retrieval.
- Assist in planning and coordinating events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Conduct research and compile reports or presentations as needed.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage various tasks concurrently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with various office software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
