Class A Reefer Driver
Wick TR
Job Description, Pay & Benefits
Drivers will run back and forth between MO and WI, IL, IA and OH on no touch reefer (and occasionally some dry van freight) with starting pay of $0.54 CPM or $0.59 CPM (if you opt out of company paid insurance). This rate is for the first 2000 miles. For all the miles you run over 2000 miles you will earn $1.00 per mile so a driver who runs 2500 miles in a week can expect to earn roughly $1600/WK. All benefits start after 90 days of start date and include medical (paid for or not). Other benefits include PTO and 401K.
Sign on bonus of $2000 is paid out at $750 Week 1; $750 Week 2 and $500 at 6 months.
All our trucks are either Anthems or Mack Pinnacles and they do not have cameras. Almost all of them are 12 speed automatics. Some of the trucks come with APUs, newer models come with Webasco heater only and they are allowed to idle to stay cool.
Trucks may be taken home but cannot be parked at a truck stop and the tractor and trailer must stay together.
All the freight is no touch and 65% is drop and hook. This will be running for several dedicated accounts.
May have a rider after 90 days of employment, must be immediate family member and must be 10 years of age or older.
