In this critical role, you will lead efforts to enhance census, build referral networks, and mentor facility-level marketing and admissions teams, ensuring alignment with the unique needs of the long-term care industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement targeted business development and marketing strategies focused on the skilled nursing and long-term care sector.
- Build and maintain strong referral pipelines with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, case managers, and other healthcare providers.
- Cultivate relationships with families, community organizations, and other stakeholders to promote facility services.
- Guide and support facility admissions teams in streamlining processes for seamless patient transitions.
- Provide mentorship, leadership, and strategic oversight to marketing and admissions staff across all facilities.
- Monitor industry trends, including regulatory changes and market shifts, to ensure competitiveness.
- Collaborate with operational leadership to meet census goals and address the needs of residents and families.
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in regional business development and marketing within the skilled nursing or long-term care industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated success in driving census growth and building effective healthcare referral networks.
- Expertise in mentoring and managing high-performing admissions and marketing teams.
