Job Description:
The Dispatcher will be the main point of contact for technicians and customers across Middle TN and Kentucky. You will receive requests, transmit messages, and track vehicles. The dispatcher will be a point of contact throughout all departments in the company.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and dispatching technicians or equipment to appropriate locations according to predetermined schedules, customer requests or immediate needs
- Relaying information such as work orders or other messages to and from technicians or supervisors
- Using a cell phone, email or text message to contact employees
- Speaking with supervisors or customers to resolve problems, requests for services or equipment
- Preparing daily work such as schedules
- Keeping and organizing work requests and customer requests
- Achieve lead time expectations to all internal and external customers via phone and email.
- Participate in team meetings by bringing up concerns, ideas, and solutions for process improvement.
- Be familiar with the activities of competition and market conditions to maintain competitive pricing.
Skills, experience, and education needed to perform the job:
- Be proficient on the proper use of computers. Experience with Excel is preferred.
- Must demonstrate an ability to be able to prioritize while remaining flexible and able to pivot quickly to support the needs of customers, service technicians, and other departments

- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- At least 2 years of Customer Service Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Be able to lift 50 lbs. occasionally. Assistance will be provided if needed
