Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and restock coffee products to retail locations and businesses across your route.
• Ensure products are presented attractively and in accordance with company standards.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with customers by providing excellent service.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with product ordering to avoid stock outs.
• Conduct regular quality checks on coffee products and equipment to ensure freshness and functionality.
• Set up eye-catching promotional displays and maintain their stock and appearance.
• Educate customers on product features and brewing techniques to enhance their experience.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth within your territory.
• Keep accurate records of deliveries, inventory levels, and customer interactions.
• Report any customer issues or feedback to management promptly for resolution.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Previous merchandising or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
