You Are:
An accomplished Cloud Migration and Transformation Program Manager with global experience in delivering large-scale, multi-million-dollar cloud transformation initiatives. You will demonstrate a strong ability to lead complex digital transformations, optimize IT operations, and deliver significant business value. You have an expertise in cloud migration strategies, team leadership, risk mitigation, and will encourage innovation to ensure successful project outcomes.
The Opportunity:
- Lead end-to-end cloud migration and transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
- Design and execute comprehensive cloud migration strategies using industry-standard methodologies and cutting-edge technologies.
- Oversee multi-million-dollar projects, managing resources, budgets, and timelines to deliver exceptional results.
- Build and manage high-performing, cross-functional teams, employing effective coaching, mentoring, and organizational design techniques.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT strategies with business objectives, ensuring seamless transitions during cloud migrations.
- Identify potential risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies to ensure the success of transformation programs.
- Drive continuous innovation by implementing advanced tools, processes, and methodologies for IT optimization and performance enhancement.
- Provide strategic guidance and leadership to ensure business value is maximized throughout the transformation process.
What you need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
- At least 10 years of experience in IT and digital transformation, including global program management.
- Deep knowledge of cloud platforms, tools, and best practices for migration and optimization.
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex cloud transformation programs with substantial business impact.
- Demonstrated ability to manage diverse teams and establish a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and strategic planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice to have:
- Industry certifications in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.).
- Expertise in Agile and other project management methodologies.
- Familiarity with DevOps and modern CI/CD processes.
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
Role Location: Remote
Compensation Range: $142,000-214,000
Benefits
Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

Part-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).
All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
