Intake Coordinator

Shift: 3 12hr shifts with an every other wknd rotation.

Hours: Day and Evening Shift Positions Available: 7a-7p, 7p-7a

The Role Itself

• Intake specialist provides Clerical Support to the Assessment and Referral Department.
• Maintains documents necessary for admissions.
• Inventories patient belongings.
• Processes consent forms and admission documentation.
• Provides assistance to other units as necessary.
• Communicates with families, patients, or referrals sources as needed.
• Handles incoming referral calls from potential clients.

Education:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21 yrs or older
• Preferred STNA, MHT, BHT,
• LPN
• Medical Receptionist Exp a plus
• Medical Office Exp a plus
