What You’ll Do

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our lighting product lines, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and market trends.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, and manufacturing) to develop new products and enhance existing ones, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Go-to-Market Planning: Partner with marketing, sales, and operations teams to define go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and messaging.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to drive product improvements and innovation.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze product performance metrics, including sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction, and take data-driven actions to achieve targets.
  • Compliance & Standards: Ensure products meet regulatory standards and sustainability goals in all markets.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 3-5+ years of product management experience, preferably in the lighting or electrical products industry.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or equivalent is a plus).
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with lighting technologies, LED systems, and industry standards.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while delivering on deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret data and make sound decisions.
  • Collaboration: Team player who thrives in cross-functional environments.
  • Customer Focus: Deep understanding of customer needs and an ability to translate them into actionable strategies.

Compensation: $68,640 - $82,368 Annually
