Respondology is looking for a highly-organized and detail-oriented Executive & HR Assistant to support our executive, operations, and HR teams. This hybrid role will coordinate schedules, manage events, provide essential administrative support, and assist with recruiting efforts, helping the team operate efficiently. As a versatile "jack-of-all-trades," you’ll flex into multiple areas of business support, developing a broad range of skills as part of a rapidly-scaling start-up. If you’re interested in growing within Product, Operations, HR, or other areas, this role provides excellent opportunities to gain experience and advance.

This helps protect brands and communities on social media and gives marketers insights they need to improve their strategies using data directly from their comment sections.. This role is hybrid and flexible, but we do require weekly in-office days at our beautiful space in Boulder, CO. Must be within commuting distance and excited to be partially on-site.

You’ll be a key part of a collaborative team supporting overall operations and HR initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Above all, you’ll be someone the executives trust with confidential matters, contributing to a supportive and proactive company culture.

Above all, you’ll be someone the executives trust with confidential matters, contributing to a supportive and proactive company culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support: Manage executive team schedules, including meetings and travel arrangements, expense reports and help prepare agendas/materials for meetings with the utmost discretion.
- Event Coordination: Plan and organize company events, from team-building activities to holiday parties and client gatherings.
- Recruitment Assistance: Review resumes to help identify strong candidates, coordinate and schedule interviews and follow-up meetings with hiring managers, and facilitate each stage of the recruitment process. Ensure clear communication and timely updates to candidates, providing a smooth, positive experience from application to hire.
- HR Support: Assist in maintaining the HRIS system, organizing employee records, and supporting onboarding processes.
- Special Projects: Conduct research and prepare materials for special projects as needed, with an eye toward optimizing processes and supporting cross-functional goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years in an administrative support role, with experience or interest in HR and recruiting a plus
- Previous event planning and coordination experience for 30+ people
- Strong customer service skills and empathy, with a drive to help others.
- Exceptional judgment, discretion, and professionalism, particularly with confidential matters.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and stay on top of details.
- Proactive, with a sense of urgency to meet the team’s needs.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software tools, with proficiency in Google Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Patience, flexibility, and a good sense of humor to thrive in a start-up environment.
Salary Range: $45k-$60k DOE + Equity
