Nimble is looking for a passionate and customer-oriented individual with a background in pharmacy to join our growing Success team. This is an exciting opportunity to pivot into the tech Saas space, combining your pharmacy expertise with innovative technology to make an impact for independent pharmacies and their customers!

As a Client Partner Specialist, you will be a key advocate for our pharmacy partners, ensuring they maximize the value of our platform. With your pharmacy technician background, you will leverage your understanding of the pharmacy industry to support new and current pharmacy partners as the lead point of contact, post launch. Your expertise will guide you to align pharmacy goals and drive product adoption to help pharmacies streamline their operations and improve their patient care and experience.

You will:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Nimble pharmacy partners, understanding their needs and helping them achieve success with our platform
  • Actively impact pharmacy partner success by understanding pharmacists' workflows, recurring issues, and product performance
  • Effectively train and manage a book of business of Nimble pharmacy partners, providing proactive solutions to using Nimble and recommending services/features to improve pharmacy revenue and performance
  • Proactively check in with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for product adoption or expansion
  • Utilize performance and revenue reports to share potential adoption and growth opportunities with key decision-makers
  • Work closely with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to relay feedback and bring technical expertise to partners


What you bring:

  • 1-2+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician
  • A passion for working directly with customers and making an impact
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
