What You Will Do
Since we first opened on January 21, 1985, Muckleshoot Bingo has helped the Muckleshoot Indian Tribe launch a period of economic prosperity. We have grown from our humble beginnings as a small bingo tent located where our sister property Muckleshoot Casino now stands, into a state-of-the-art 55,000 square foot entertainment space, boasting two floors with over 1,000 bingo seats and over 500 of the hottest Vegas-style slot machines, and annually employ over 200 people from across the greater Auburn area.

You are an experienced bartender and team player. You mix and serve drinks and food, take orders, stock supplies, and bring outstanding customer service to our patrons daily.
What You Will Do
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol as needed.
- Responsibly mixes and serves drinks, according to the policy & procedure, for servers and customers.
- Monitors and attempts to limit problems and liability related to customers' excessive drinking by taking steps such as persuading customers to stop drinking; involves security if unable to deter the situation.
- Takes daily inventory, preps, and stocks supplies.
- Operates point of sale register, handles cash and equivalents, issues receipts, and processes transactions.
- Maintain the cleanliness of bar tables, drink stations, and gaming areas as needed. Responsible for cleanliness and maintenance of all bar equipment.
- Remove dishes and glasses from tables or bar, and washes in glass tender.
- Recommends drink recipes.
- Maintain an orderly, accurate par level for bar service outlet.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Two(2) years experience bartending. Bartending school in lieu of one(1) year of experience.
- Required to possess and maintain a valid WA State health card/food handler permit.
- Must maintain valid Class 12 Alcohol Service Permit.
