What Will You Do?
The RLC Inventory and Purchasing Operations Manager is responsible for managing inventory levels, purchasing, and processes for the RLC division to ensure accurate and timely processing of sales from entry to execution of delivery. This position will work closely with the operations team regarding deliveries and will also be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, placing monthly stock orders, sales/purchasing forecasting and internal and external sales support. Provide support to VP of RLC and SF&G Manager, Territory and Service managers and work with Sales Support Coordinator.
This position will operate as a liaison role and provide administrative support to customers, including troubleshooting issues, managing rebates, and overseeing inventory field control. The Sales Support Coordinator will report to this position and will be responsible for day to day transactions.

Sales
- Provide territory managers and dealers with daily support, sales analysis, precise forecasting, inventory control, clearance list, and communication monthly on any pertinent information required.
- Manage the Sales Coordinator’s position to fulfill goals.
- Maintenance and reporting out of dealer forecasting summaries to territory managers.
- Oversee the goal by reducing interest costs; monthly reporting out on VMI dealers to Territory Managers.
- Release of orders so that the proper paperwork is printed at the coordinating warehouse.
- Oversee the preparation pickup and delivery paperwork of all demo unit requests.
- Direct Sales Support Coordinator to follow established processes and suggest process improvements, as needed.
- Consult with the Territory Managers to schedule their dealer forecasting orders through the information downloaded into Salesforce accordingly.
- Oversee requests for VMI dealers to roll any equipment we are obligated to according to our program.
- Collaborate with the Operations leadership team on deliveries and timelines required.
- Coordinate with all parties to determine the need for delivery according to customer needs and schedule.
- Responsible for RLC whole good inventories, accessories, and attachments monthly.
- Responsible for forecasting annual inventory needs to Toro, monthly releases, etc.
- Conduct monthly inventory on-site location 02, and assist other locations as needed.
- Collaboration required with Toro personnel and the Sales Support Coordinator.
- Manage the RLC rebates, to include State Contract dealer claim submittals.
- Manage the State Contract orders to include communication and coordination of delivery in a timely manner.
- Oversee various Toro rebate programs as needed.
- Oversee that all point-of-sale materials and literature are ordered and managed accordingly.
- To report on time to work daily with minimal absences, operating hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday – Friday.
- Complete all Toro and Wesco Turf, Inc required training to include all Territory Manager level training, Toro webcasts, other training directed by leadership of Wesco Turf and/or other vendor requirements

- Inventory or purchasing background is important.
- A minimum of a two-year business degree or 5 years of equivalent management work experience.
