Position Overview:

The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and retention through data-driven marketing strategies. This role is ideal for a creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across paid social, search, and email.
• Monitor and optimize key metrics, including CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad assets.
• Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
• Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and implement best practices.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of performance marketing experience, preferably in e-commerce.
• Expertise in platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Klaviyo.
• Strong analytical skills with a track record of driving revenue growth.
• Based in Los Angeles or remote with availability for occasional in-person meetings.
