Regional Manager

WMCU is looking for a Regional Manager in Grand Rapids. This Regional Manager would be responsible for overseeing and providing leadership and guidance to our Grand Rapids branch offices.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3 – 5 years of branch management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
• Leadership and human resources management skills.
• CU*Answers experience required.
• Lending experience required.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations.
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.

What You’ll Do:

• Facilitate monthly one-on-one Branch Manager meetings.
• Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation.
• Ensure that branches meet referral, product offering, and service goals.
• Monitor office staffing needs with branch managers. Interview and hire as needed.
• Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions.
• Address member and team member satisfaction issues promptly.
• Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations/applicable laws.
• Develop and maintain an up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge of all credit union products and accounts and related policies and procedures.
• Provide coverage for Branch Managers as needed.
• Visit branch offices at least 1-2 times a month.
