Location: ELOKON Inc. (Atlanta, GA, North America), remote

Reporting to: CEO, ELOKON Inc.

ELOKON Inc. is the North American subsidiary of ELOKON Group, a fast-growing and innovative supplier of fleet management and proximity detection systems for Fortune 1,000 companies operating large material handling equipment fleets. We provide cutting-edge solutions to enhance safety, efficiency, and productivity across multiple customer sites, including company-wide rollouts.

As ELOKON continues its rapid North American expansion, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Operations to lead and optimize our operations in North America.

Position Overview

The VP of Operations will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, enhancing customer satisfaction, and managing the growing pains of a fast-scaling organization. This position will oversee multiple critical functions, including customer service, product implementation, supply chain coordination, finance and service operations. The VP of Operations owns operational excellence and will be deeply involved in aligning the company’s operational technology, technical systems, management systems, and organizational principles and behaviors with its purpose and strategy.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for operational efficiency, a profound understanding of the financial impact of business processes and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a high-growth environment. He/she will define and set up KPIs and metrics to continuously optimize the current processes and procedures to create a scalable business environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service and Support
    • Manage and dispatch customer service technicians to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
    • Expand and strengthen the customer support team by hiring and developing top talent.
  • Project Management and Implementation
    • Oversee the implementation of ELOKON product solutions for North American Fortune 1,000 customers.
    • Ensure seamless coordination and execution of large-scale, multi-site rollouts.
  • Supply Chain and Case Management
    • Liaise with ELOKON Germany to handle all supply chain-related topics, including product forecasting and ensuring timely delivery to North American customers.
    • Oversee internal case management and communication of resolutions to customers.
  • Finance, HR, and Recruitment
    • Lead and manage the finance and purchasing teams to ensure fiscal responsibility and operational efficiency.
    • Oversee HR and recruitment to attract, retain, and develop top talent, aligning team growth with business needs.
  • Process Improvement and Digital Transformation
    • Address the growing pains of a rapidly expanding organization by implementing process improvements across all operations.
    • Deploy digital solutions and platforms to enhance customer loyalty, reduce costs, and strengthen team cohesion.
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, driving initiatives that align with ELOKON Inc.’s growth objectives.
    • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the organization.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in operations management, preferably within the safety technology, material handling, or industrial services.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive operational excellence in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management, customer support operations, finance and project implementation.
  • Experience with digital transformation initiatives and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with international teams and customers.

Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
  • Will work remotely out of their home office.
  • Residence within the Metro Atlanta area preferred but not required.
  • Must be able to travel up to 10% as the position requires.
  • Should hold a valid passport.
