What You'll Do:
As the Customer Service Assistant Lead in the Business Resources Department, Administration Division, you will provide first line of guidance to other subordinate staff, assist management with daily operations, certificate database maintenance, tariff processing, Supreme Court preparation, and other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Location: 180 E. Broad St., Columbus, Ohio 43215, Franklin County.
Onsite Requirement: Required to report onsite every day during the probationary period. After successful completion of probationary period a hybrid schedule will be determined.
Hybrid Work Structure: Our organization currently follows a hybrid work structure where employees can work remotely or from the office as needed and based on operational need. This is subject to change with limited notice. A teleworking agreement must be approved by management.

Qualifications
12 months training or 12 months experience in office practices & procedures, with 3 months involving operation of various office equipment; 12 months training or experience in public relations or customer service techniques for dealing with difficult people; 12 months training or experience in state &/or federal laws, rules, policies & procedures applicable to assigned inquiries, requests, complaints &/or transactions; 9 months training or experience in typing, keyboarding, data entry, or word processing; 9 months training or experience in operation of personal computer.
- Or 9 months experience as Customer Service Assistant 1, 64431.
- Or 6 months as Customer Service Assistant 2, 64432.
- Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above.
