Aspire of WNY is seeking a highly motivated individual to provide support to our Chief Operating Officer and the Executive Vice President Team. Like all our team members, your role will be crucial in support of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in WNY.

This full time position would provide daily administrative support including reviewing daily correspondence, preparing responses to routine letters, typing, taking meeting minutes, scheduling, filing, mailings, phone calls and maintenance of confidential records.
Requirements
- High School diploma & Minimum four (4) years experience in a professional environment with evidence of professional growth and increased responsibility
- OR
- Bachelors degree in Secretarial Practice with emphasis on office management
This position requires excellent organizational, time management, verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to accurately type 60+ words per minute, possess comprehension of Windows Office Applications, Microsoft 365 Applications and various cloud based systems, the ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
