Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office by providing administrative support, managing daily tasks, and assisting team members as needed. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, communicative, and enjoys working in a dynamic environment.



Key Responsibilities


  • Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing emails, and greeting visitors.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.

  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and supplies.

  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and memos.

  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized office environment.

  • Support various departments with administrative tasks and projects as needed.

  • Monitor and order office supplies to ensure the office is well-stocked.

  • Handle data entry and update databases accurately.



Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
