Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of carpentry tasks, including framing, finishing, and structural installations.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure project accuracy.
• Use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and equipment to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials with precision and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Travel to various job sites as needed, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
• Assist in the maintenance and organization of tools and equipment.
• Adapt to new techniques and methods as taught by mentors or supervisors.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience in carpentry, with expertise in commercial or industrial construction preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and industry-standard equipment.
• Valid Carpenter's License is required.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to travel for projects.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Physically capable of performing manual tasks, including lifting, standing, and bending for extended periods.
