Position Overview: We are now seeking an authentic and humble leader to serve as the right hand to our Chief Innovation and Administration Officer (CIAO). As the Number Two in the department, you will play a critical role in shadowing, listening, and learning how the CIAO prefers things to be done, executing tasks accordingly, and anticipating the needs and details of the work scope. The ideal candidate is an independent thinker who embodies creativity and boldness, consistently thinking outside the box and pushing conventional boundaries to drive innovation with humility and a collaborative spirit.
In this role, you may also manage your own initiatives with high-level input and guidance from the CIAO and act as a unifier who connects the leadership team and their respective teams. You will keep people informed, excited, and working cohesively towards a variety of common goals with multiple moving parts. Your ability to anticipate potential issues, think two to three steps ahead, and proactively mitigate risks and barriers will be essential.
You will leverage the knowledge and resources of those around you, applying your own expertise to achieve the best outcomes. At times, you will need to make informed decisions or organize well-thought-out options and proposals to present to the CIAO for quick decision-making, ensuring that all angles and factors are considered. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can drive initiatives forward with limited guidance, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment and accountability across departments—all while maintaining grounded, humble and authentic.
Key Responsibilities
$1150,00.00 - $140,00.00
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
