KBW Financial Staffing and Recruiting is currently partnered with a company located in Nashua, NH that is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to join their team. Our client is very motivated to hire.

This data entry role sits in with AR team and works closely with collections and the responsibilities will include:

  • Posting payments to customer accounts
  • Processing account adjustments
  • Reconcile and resolve account discrepancies
  • Maintaining excel spreadsheets
  • Assist with answering phones and taking messages when needed as back-up
  • Sort and file documents after posting

Compensation: Up to $19/hr DOE
