JEVS Human Services currently has an exciting opportunity as a Quality Assurance Specialist for our The Choice is Yours program. The Choice is Yours (TCY) is an innovative program for first-time, nonviolent felony drug offenders facing one to two year prison sentences. Upon successful completion, the program offers graduates the opportunity to have their criminal records expunged, removing the stigma of a criminal record.

Job Duties:

  • Complete all data entry into ETO, Salesforce, ClientTrack, and Tagetik as needed.
  • Review all databases and all client files for accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare and review for accuracy periodic reports, both statistical and narrative.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office, Philadelphia Public Defenders Association, ECOY/TANF Youth Board, Philadelphia Works, PA Commission Crime and Delinquency, PA Dept. of Corrections / PBPP.
  • Ensure effective, accurate and coordinated communications with the TCY Financial Analysis, OYA Site Coordinator, JEVS Executive Director of Re-Entry, DOC Regional Director.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve and collaborate with a variety of customers in the Adult and Juvenile Justice System.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (especially MS Word and Excel).
  • Adhere to JEVS Human Services Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct.
  • Knowledge of the Adult Criminal and Juvenile Justice Systems a plus.

The base pay for this position ranges from $47,000 to $57,000 and will vary based on factors such as skills and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Compensation that JEVS Human Services provides to recognize employees for their work.
