Job Duties
- Owner of customer coffee commitments data
- Facilitates communication surrounding coffee commitments with Sales leaders, customers, and commodities team
- Maintains and distributes reporting regarding customer coffee commitments
- Develops expertise in Westrock data systems, specifically in relation to commodities and pricing data
- Supports building demand forecasting models
- Cleanses and monitors health of data pipelines for commodities and pricing teams
- Researches and troubleshoots data issues
- Collaborates across business teams and IT regarding data issues
- Conducts user testing of new system and data builds
- Delivers data solutions (data engineering, reporting, visualizations, dashboards) for commodities and pricing teams
- Builds and maintains data tables needed from qualitative data sources
- Highly collaborative & excellent communication skills
- Creative and innovative problem solver
- Ability to communicate complex technical information in a simplified and efficient manner to management and different business users
Requirements
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of work experience in a data analytics role
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field required
- Experience working with data management software
- Experience with data visualization tools and creating dashboards
- Advanced Excel skills required
- SQL and Python coding experience a plus
- Forecasting modeling experience a plus
