The role:
Set performance goals, conduct regular evaluations, and provide feedback.
Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment.
Serve as the primary point of contact for major clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
Conduct regular client meetings to review account performance and address any issues or concerns.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure client satisfaction.
Prepare and present regular reports on account activity, performance, and profitability to senior management.
Identify and address any issues or risks that could impact account performance.
Handle escalations and resolve complex client issues in a timely and effective manner.
Gather and act on client feedback to continuously improve the account management process.
Work with the business development team to acquire new clients and expand the client base.
Develop proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
Ensure that all accounts are profitable and that revenue targets are achieved.
Manage pricing strategies and contract negotiations to maximize profitability.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to align on goals and expectations.
Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the account management function.
Payxpert Benefits:
A master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving business growth.
Experience in a leadership or managerial role, with a focus on developing and mentoring a team.
Familiarity with industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

The role:
- In today's highly competitive and dynamic business environment, the role of the head of account manager has become crucial for the success and growth of any organization. This position serves as the primary point of contact between the company and its customers, playing a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- As part of the Operations Department, you overview our portfolio of e-commerce and retail merchants and resellers from various European countries and industries.
- Your mission is to lead and manage a growing team of Account Managers, ensuring our customers’ efficient onboarding, satisfaction, retention and revenue growth.
- Leadership and Team Management:
Set performance goals, conduct regular evaluations, and provide feedback.

- Client Relationship Management:
