The successful candidate will manage patient schedules, maintain accurate medical records, professionally handle phone inquiries, obtain prior authorizations for testing, and prepare documentation for patient visits.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage patient schedules to ensure seamless appointment flow.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with clinic policies.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism, addressing patient inquiries and concerns.
- Secure prior authorizations for necessary tests and procedures.
- Prepare documentation for patient visits, including chart updates and referrals.
- Provide clinical support, including obtaining vitals, performing EKGs, and venipuncture, if applicable (preferred but not required).
Required:
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Medical Assistant Certification.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical office setting.
- Clinical experience, including obtaining vitals, conducting EKGs, and performing venipuncture.
- Medical assistant skills as well as receptionist and administrative skills.
- Competitive starting rate of $25 per hour or higher, based on experience and qualifications.
