We are seeking a Talent Specialist to join our USIS HR team. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to combine hands-on recruiting and sourcing with impactful work on talent development and management projects.

What you’ll do

Recruitment (50%)

• Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
• Partner with hiring managers to recruit and hire top talent for entry-level and early-career roles.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline through innovative sourcing strategies, networking, and relationship building.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless hiring process for new hires.
  
  

Talent Projects (50%)

• Contribute and support ad-hoc talent projects, which include our learning programs, coaching, mentorship programs, and more.
• Support the design and execution of talent development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
• Analyze talent data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement projects that align with organizational goals and drive results.
  
  

What Experience You Need

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting, talent management, or related HR functions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with a strong focus on execution and delivering results.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and driven to take initiative in a dynamic environment.
  
  

What could set you apart

• Familiarity with Workday and/or other applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software is a plus.
• Experience supporting projects
• Previous experience in pulling reports and telling a story using data.
