As a scrum master, you’re passionate about outcomes and supporting a development team that’s modernizing critical projects. You know the importance of Agile best practices and how to combat challenges early to get work done. We need an experienced scrum master like you to create solutions that’ll sustain mission critical systems. 
 
On our team, you’ll coach a development team to their highest performance level, while ensuring the scrum project is successfully progressed. You’ll ensure scrum principles and approaches are understood correctly by the team and key stakeholders. Using tools like Jira and Serena, you’ll strengthen sustainable process improvements to help your team stay on track for delivery goals.   
In this role, you’ll directly impact the intelligence community by ensuring smooth data flow between networks. This is an opportunity to grow your experience as a team facilitator in a software environment and leading daily activities while successfully delivering project solutions that will improve our customer’s technical capabilities.

You Have:   

 

  • Experience as a Scrum Master serving as a servant leader, facilitating Agile practices and ceremonies, removing team impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration
  • Experience with identifying, implementing, and measuring the success of solutions that enhance the flow of work and team performance
  • Experience in Agile tools, including Jira, ServiceNow or Serena
  • Experience organizing and writing according to an established standard
  • Knowledge of Agile and Scaled Agile (SAFe) principles
  • Ability to facilitate scrum ceremonies, including team program increment planning, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives
  • Ability to interface with all stakeholders regarding requirements, timelines and delivery
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • HS Diploma or GED 

 

Nice If You Have:   

  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
  • Knowledge of Linux operating Systems and environments
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Scrum Master Certification, including Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)
