Employment Duration: Full Time (M-Th In-person, Remote Fridays)

Salary: $50K to $55K/year + housing discount + bonus eligibility + benefits + 401K matching

As a Project Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our onsite teams and operations to achieve excellence.

Your Impact

• Training & Onboarding: Provide comprehensive training for onsite team members and manage the onboarding process to set them up for success.
• Administrative Support: Assist with essential administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, maintaining schedules, and managing communications.
• Job Ad Management: Assist with posting and editing job ads that align with our mission, ensuring we attract top talent.
• Reports & Data: Review, generate, and distribute reports for the operations team and executives, providing key insights to guide decisions.
• Special Projects: Tackle administrative projects and provide additional support to meet evolving business needs.
• Travel: Travel to various property locations to provide hands-on support and build relationships with onsite teams.

Requirements

• Must have property management experience.
• Prior administrative or project coordination experience is preferred.
• Experience with Entrata preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Willingness and ability to travel as required.
