• }Greets everyone who enters the clinic in a friendly and welcoming manner
• .Schedules new referrals received by fax or by telephone from patients, physician offices
• .Verifies insurance coverage for patients
• .Collects patient payments
• .Maintains an orderly and organized front office workspace
