Job Summary
Responsible for administering Employee Relations programs, procedures and policies. Possesses thorough knowledge of state and federal employment law. Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own discipline. Usually determines own work priorities. Acts as resource for colleagues with less experience.
Core Responsibilities
- Conducts impartial, confidential investigations into employee-reported, HR-related concerns; provides recommended actions to local Leadership and collaborates on determining appropriate final resolutions.
- Escalates defined matters to appropriate partners and conducts certain investigations of escalated matters at their direction.
- Drafts thorough investigation summaries that appropriately document investigations and outcomes in a timely manner.
- Prepares, analyzes data, identifies root cause or trends and presents results to partners on agreed upon cadence.
- Partners with Legal or Compliance and investigates and/or facilitates documentation gathering for all administrative changes, and attorney letters.
- Acts as partner to support Security Investigations as needed.
- Utilizes and maintains case management system to document investigatory engagement and resolution.
- Maintains current knowledge of and ensures compliance with Federal and State employment laws.
- Collaborative, team first mindset.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in all matters.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

National Pay Range: $56,766.87 USD-$133,047.36 USD
Education
Bachelor's Degree
While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
