What you'll do.

As a Sales and Onboarding Coach, you will inform and assist potential clients/leads about the value and benefits of Jackrabbit software through telephone, email, and other web-based/telecommunication to encourage purchase. In addition, you will:

  • Learn and maintain knowledge of Jackrabbit software.
  • Understand the client’s business operations, particularly regarding pertinent workflow/business processes, and recommend solutions.
  • Prepare and maintain records for sales leads and account status.
  • Be able to demonstrate the software and its benefits.
  • Study competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, and new products.
  • Utilize CRM software to ensure activities are properly documented, and adequate information regarding the prospective customer is recorded.
  • Conduct quick calls and live demos and set up calls as scheduled.
  • Monitor Client Success through the Set-up phase - tracking progress and offering assistance.
  • Monitor and respond to Team Support Tickets in HubSpot for client onboarding and set up as needed.
  • Importing from other software into Excel and then into their Jackrabbit software in a timely fashion.
  • Travel up to 25% to attend Trade Shows and or conferences. Disseminate feedback and collaborate with our webmaster to improve the website based on client feedback.

You are a customer-focused, goal-oriented team player with a passion for helping people. You are excited to gain a broad knowledge of Jackrabbit's products and embrace sales/telecommunication technologies. You are passionate about converting leads to clients while setting them up for success!

In addition, you have:

  • Experience in public speaking or education of individuals on any item or product
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Sales Experience is a plus (Inbound Sales)
  • Working knowledge of Excel
  • The ability to monitor your own work to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • The ability to move between multiple tasks and programs without becoming overwhelmed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • College degree preferred- not required.
  • A Valid Visa/Passport is required for international travel.
  • Experience with HubSpot a plus
