Sell show and concert tickets. Have the ability to describe and give general information on current and future shows.

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or the equivalent.

Other: Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. Professional personal appearance. Excellent communication skills. Ability to meet company's production and quality standards.

Physical Requirements

Specialized Work Experience: Must be able to have accurate financial accounting. Must be able to run credit card charges. Must have cash handling experience as well as cash register proficiency. Provide guest with general information. Complete daily administrative paperwork required. Excellent customer service is a must. Be organized and able to multitask.

General Expectations: Devote himself/herself to ensuring satisfaction to customers. Determine management, production and quality requirements by asking questions and listening. Attend company meetings as required. Maintain a follow-up system that encourages follow-through with assigned projects.
