ServiceMaster Brands is searching for a Talent Acquisition Consultant (TAC) to be responsible for full lifecycle recruitment for the organization’s corporate-based positions. This includes partnering closely with hiring managers and HR leaders to understand staffing needs and developing, implementing, and refining a well-rounded recruitment strategy to deliver quality candidates to fill assigned positions. The TAC drives all recruiting activities, such as intake meetings, job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and delivering exceptional service to both the candidates and hiring teams. The TAC utilizes an applicant tracking system (ATS) to track the interviewing, hiring, and offer process.

This is a hybrid position based out of our Atlanta Corporate Office in Sandy Springs, Georgia- Our typical hybrid schedule consists of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote

ServiceMaster Brands is searching for a Talent Acquisition Consultant (TAC) to be responsible for full lifecycle recruitment for the organization’s corporate-based positions. This includes partnering closely with hiring managers and HR leaders to understand staffing needs and developing, implementing, and refining a well-rounded recruitment strategy to deliver quality candidates to fill assigned positions. The TAC drives all recruiting activities, such as intake meetings, job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and delivering exceptional service to both the candidates and hiring teams. The TAC utilizes an applicant tracking system (ATS) to track the interviewing, hiring, and offer process.
What You Will Do
- Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to assess current and future staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Drive complete life-cycle talent acquisition activities to ensure staffing needs are met and roles are filled with the best talent available. This includes but is not limited to:
- Posting talent opportunities on the Company career site and leading job boards
- Proactively sourcing and engaging passive candidates, past applicants, employee referrals, and prospects to develop deeper and more diverse candidate pipelines
- Thoroughly prescreening, and then presenting qualified candidates to the hiring teams
- Leading the offer process to close and hire selected talent
- Integrate with hiring teams and departments, which includes executive-level leaders, to provide guidance and input as they evaluate and identify the right talent for their group.
- Provide frequent communication, feedback, and insights to assist hiring managers in navigating the talent market, candidate pool, and selection process while focusing on delivering a positive candidate experience.
- Actively contribute to and participate in continuous improvement of the recruiting process.
- Maintain or exceed established KPIs, including time to fill, hiring targets, quality of hire metrics, and survey satisfaction scores.
- Act as a first-line ambassador of the Company to engage and attract talent, building pipelines for current and future opportunities.
- Cultivate candidate pipelines through the ATS to keep warm candidates engaged and interested in SMB as a top employer.
- Ensure the recruiting processes align with workforce needs and maintain all regulatory compliance and federal and local laws.
- Participate in team-based and solo projects that improve TA’s ability to hire, attract, and retain top talent.
- An exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity, and resourcefulness
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and the ability to create effective recruitment strategies
- General human resource knowledge, including employment laws and regulations as they relate to the hiring process
- Prescreening skills and knowledge of behavior based interviewing techniques with the ability to effectively assess candidates
- Ability to work with a variety of jobs, including hourly, salary, office based, or field based
- Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Exceptional written communication skills with an attention to detail in effectively branding or marketing open positions
- Experience using an ATS to track and manage the recruiting and hiring process
- Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or closely related field preferred; degree may be offset by relevant and substantial work experience in full life-cycle recruitment
- 4-6 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
