Administrative Assistant (HR)

Vista Community Clinic is a private, non-profit, multi-specialty outpatient clinic providing care in a comprehensive, high quality setting. Perform general office administrative duties with direct oversight. Coordinate activities relative to HR department functions.

• Type and maintain various documents
• Prepare and maintain files and records
  
  
  

Minimum

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Minimum of four years' general office experience
• Minimum of one year Human Resources experience
• Valid California driver’s license, current vehicle insurance and reliable transportation
  
  
  

Required Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Proficient in MS Office and internet search functions
• Typing/data entry proficiency minimum 50 wpm
• Thorough knowledge of correct English grammar, spelling and punctuation
• Must be personable and able to interface well with employees, the public and professionals

Pay Range

• $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
