POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and key projects, ensuring the CEO’s day runs seamlessly.
- Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders while maintaining utmost professionalism and confidentiality.
- Conduct research, create presentations, and analyze data to drive forward critical initiatives.
- Anticipate challenges, navigate tight deadlines, and resolve issues independently with poise and precision.
- Coordinate meetings, events, agendas, and logistics to keep operations running smoothly.
- Manage sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives.
- Master of time management who thrives on prioritizing and multitasking.
- Strong written and verbal communicator with a sharp eye for detail.
- Tech-savvy with tools like Microsoft Office and calendar management software.
- Team player who’s resourceful, proactive, and handles sensitive information with integrity.
- Flexibility to work extended hours or travel occasionally (OT compensation included).
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
This onsite role based in Yuma, Arizona, offers a starting salary of $45,000 annually. The comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
