How You Will Contribute:

The Contracts & Funding Specialist oversees the accurate reviews and completion of sales contracts, entries into the ERP (Kova) system, collaborates with customers and financial institutions for construction loan funding ensuring timely loan closures are meeting the company standards, and supports both New Home Advisors and customers with mortgage-related knowledge.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Leadership: Provides leadership to New Home Advisors (NHA's) through coaching, training, and ongoing communication, while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Contracts and Sales Team Support: Manages all aspects of contract administration and sales team support while ensuring accurate records and tracking procedures.
  • Construction Loan Approval Processing: Ensures that contract documents and all requirements are provided to the financial institutions holding construction loans for customers.
  • Analytics Development and Maintenance: Creates and tracks key performance metrics.
  • Other duties as assigned, including but not limited to Billing and Receivables Administration.

What You Can Offer:

  • Education
    • High School diploma or GED required
    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or prior relevant experience
  • Skills
    • Understanding of contractual documents
    • Knowledge of basic lending practices
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Abilities
    • Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks
    • Ability to communicate effectively in a professional manner
    • Ability to work well with team members to produce quality work within tight timeframes.
    • Ability to utilize math skills to perform calculations
    • Ability to be flexible and react quickly to changing business conditions
  • Experience
    • Minimum of three to five years progressive, relevant experience required
    • Previous experience in at least one of the following disciplines is required: accounts receivable management, contract/sales management, accounting, finance, lending, escrow, title, or similar
How You Will Be Rewarded:
