Overview
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for an entire portfolio of assets in order to attract potential tenants and retain existing ones. They play a critical role in aligning creative direction with the company’s strategic goals and increasing brand visibility.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Oversee all marketing campaigns for their asset or portfolio
Manage and coordinate all marketing efforts
Lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of existing comps
Collaborate with media organizations and advertising agencies (AptIQ, Rentvision)
Brainstorm ideas for new campaigns and implement marketing strategies
Promote assets (or portfolio) in a professional and brand consistent manner
Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective tenants and retain existing ones
Update supervisor on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of campaigns
Implement marketing initiatives and conducting outreach to local businesses on a weekly basis, ensuring that all activities adhere to ADA standards.
Responsible for having a thorough knowledge of Blue Roc Premier policies and Property Community Policies.

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two year college and technical school preferred.
- Valid driver’s license
