Your future starts here!What matters mostTo thrive in the Home Health - MSW position at Inspired Homecare, certain skills and qualifications are necessary for success. Here's what you'll need: First and foremost, you must have a Master's of Social Work in the state of IL and at least 1 year of experience in in-home care. This will ensure that you have the knowledge and expertise to provide the best care possible to our patients. Excellent communication and time-management skills are a must. You'll be working with a diverse group of patients and their families, so the ability to effectively communicate and manage your time will be essential.A compassionate and friendly demeanor is crucial in this role. Our patients are often facing challenging situations, and your empathy and understanding will make a world of difference in their lives. As a Home Health - MSW, you'll be traveling to multiple patients per day. So, reliable transportation and the ability to navigate various locations are necessary.
