- You’re looking for part-time work (20-25 hours per week) focused on data processing.
- You are detail-oriented, with a desire to learn or experience working with ERP systems.
- You take pride in delivering accurate, timely work to support the finance team.
- You enjoy variety in your daily tasks.
- Process weekly vendor invoices.
- Review, code, and input invoices into the ERP system.
- Verify vendor account details for accuracy.
- Reconcile purchase orders with invoices and resolve discrepancies alongside the team.
- Take on additional responsibilities as your performance and capacity grow.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Strong time management and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Data entry experience (preferred but not required).
- Interest in gaining hands-on experience in accounting (preferred but not required).
