What You’ll Do
The Customer Adoption Training Specialist will be responsible for providing initial software training to new districts on the fundamentals and advanced features of Infinite Campus. They will plan, manage, and deliver instructional programs and materials while ensuring customer success by effectively communicating with both customers and internal teams. Additionally, they will manage training environments, document progress, and maintain expertise through Campus Credentialing, all while adhering to strict security guidelines.
Who You Are
The ideal candidate for this position will have a bachelor’s degree, coupled with at least 2 years of technical training and experience in a customer service role. The right fit will be someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of both independent and team-based work. They should possess excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and time-management skills. A successful Training Specialist will also be highly motivated, dynamic, and capable of engaging adult learners creatively, with experience in motivating large groups. Familiarity with the Bob Pike Training Method or similar approaches is a plus.

To succeed in this role, candidates will need a blend of technical and soft skills, including the ability to multi-task, work in multi-application environments, and adhere to standard training practices. Strong customer focus, both technical and interpersonal, is crucial, as is the ability to manage travel demands (approximately 10-15%) and limited evening or weekend work. The role also requires candidates to demonstrate professionalism, document customer communication, and adhere to the company’s master security guidelines while delivering high-quality training sessions.
