Job Overview

We’re seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Lead with ~5 years of experience. You will manage all marketing initiatives and support the sales team with a focus on Circuit’s growth. This role is perfect for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on executional acumen.

You thrive at the intersection of art and commerce, having executed multidisciplinary marketing efforts across strategy, design, content, performance and operations. You will own the creation and execution of the marketing plan each year. You will set KPIs and track them throughout the year. You will do all of this through daily collaboration with internal stakeholders and a set of external partners that allow you to scale your capabilities.

You have a passion for understanding the customer and a history of showing intense commitment to building community around them. You have experience with modern content creation systems that make up modern marketing including YouTube, podcasts, Instagram, events and beyond. You are excited about the growing AI future and its ability to make small marketing teams more effective and powerful than ever.

While you are adept at strategy you really shine when it comes to elevating the delivery of marketing production across every touchpoint. The integration of data and reporting into your work comes naturally and you can oversee and collaborate across performance marketing agencies and in-house analysts. You have experience with GTM planning, email marketing, multichannel nurture, media metrics, web analytics, and campaign development.

This is a small and nimble team so we’re looking for a leader who can roll-up their sleeves and leverage external freelancers and agency partners. You are a leader who’s able to effectively build relationships to collaborate with department leaders across Sales, Transportation Partnerships, Field Operations, Product, Local Teams and Industry Orgs to bring your marketing strategies to life. You will partner closely with the Finance team to assure that the department is fiscally responsible and delivering ROI. You’re a strong communicator and able to drive results with your use of verbal, written and presentation skills.

We are looking for a future leader of this industry - someone who is ready to give their all to build a world changing company in a sector that can have a global impact.
