Credit Operations Support Specialist

Job Summary:
The Credit Operations Support Specialist plays a key role in managing and supporting the credit operations process within the organization. This position is responsible for providing post-funding support to the entire loan portfolio. Primary duties will include document management including scanning, filing following retention policies and working with clients to resolve any issues related to their loan at QCBT. Additional duties include flood and homeowner insurance monitoring and management.
Essential Functions:
- Work with clients on daily operational issues including but not limited to escrow analysis, taxes, and insurance questions
- Review and imaging of loan files, including monitoring and resolution of ticklers and documentation exceptions
- Management of real estate tax tracking, flood tracking, as well as processing real estate mortgage release in a timely manner
- Assisting loan operations with scanning and filing of all loan documentation as well as managing the maintenance and retention of all loan documentation according to QCBT policies and procedures
- Comply with bank policies and procedures and all regulatory requirements, assuring protection of bank collateral via force place insurance as necessary
- Quote and process Real Estate loan payoffs
- Comply with all company or regulatory policies, procedures and requirements that are applicable to this position
- Review and manage flood documentation for all QCBT real estate loans
- Foster and preserve a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years of experience in consumer or residential real estate lending or operations
- Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office products
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work independently
Working Conditions:
- Duties are performed in a professional office environment
Salary and Benefits:
The starting wage for this position is $19.20 per hour. The actual wage will be based on qualifications and business needs and may vary, as permitted by applicable state law. This position is a regular full-time position, and individuals employed as regular full-time, are eligible for the following benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, FSA, HSA, 401K, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays and additional Voluntary Supplemental Insurance.
